She was born posthumously, 5 months after the sudden death of her father.
She married my grandfather Roger Henry Tessier on 22 May 1950 at Hartford, Connecticut.
They had Louis, Stanley, my birthmother Blanche, and David.
Antonina had a first husband named Louis James Lewman, who she met at Westover Airforce Base during World War II, a native of Hoopeston, Vermilion County, Illinois. She became his wife at Ottumwa, Iowa in January of 1944 and they were divorced at Springfield, Massachusetts in 1948.
While her name at birth was Antonina, during her youth she was called "Lena" and at some point during her marriage to my grandfather Roger, began calling herself Barbara.
Roger Tessier passed away April 13, 1991 at Westfield, Massachusetts
Antonina Lena Barbara Leone Tessier, his widow, passed away May 5, 1995 at Springfield.
